FRONT DESK ADMINISTRATOR

Entry-Level Position | Wholesale & Distribution

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Administrator to join our team at Speedy Distribution!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, handling payments, and keeping daily office operations running smoothly. We are willing to train the right candidate!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist customers with orders.
Manage customer accounts, payments, and outstanding balances.
Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
Assist with invoicing, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
Maintain organized customer files and account information.
Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
Provide general front desk and office support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Entry-level candidates are welcome!
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
Manage calendar, scheduling, emails, and follow-ups.
Comfortable working with payments, numbers, and customer accounts.
Organized, dependable, and able to multitask.
Professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

SCHEDULE:

Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays may be required as needed.

In-Person Required.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping customers. Experience in customer service, cash handling, bookkeeping, or office administration is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!
