Position Overview:

The Cash & Carry Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, order fulfillment, quality control, inventory accuracy, and in-store customer transactions.

This role combines:

Warehouse picking & packing.
Quality control.
Inventory management.
Equipment operation (if certified).
Cash & Carry customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Picking & Fulfillment:

Accurately locate and gather products to fulfill customer and orders.
Inspect items for accuracy and quality before packing or release.
Prepare shipments securely to prevent damage in transit.
Maintain speed and accuracy standards.

Quality Control (QC) & Accuracy:

Conduct thorough QC checks to ensure products meet company standards.
Identify discrepancies or damaged items and report immediately.
Follow strict QC and safety procedures.
Assist in training new associates on packing and quality standards when needed.

Inventory Management:

Maintain organized warehouse inventory for efficient operations.
Count, record, and replenish stock accurately.
Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
Label and store products properly for precise tracking.
Address inventory discrepancies promptly.

Equipment & Warehouse Operations:

Safely operate warehouse equipment.
Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
Assist with general warehouse tasks and operational support as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Cash & Carry Support:

Assist walk-in wholesale customers with order fulfillment.
Verify items at checkout for accuracy.
Support daily operational flow during high-traffic periods.
Provide professional and courteous customer service.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Self-motivated and dependable.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Comfortable using computers for labels, documentation, and inventory systems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently.
Ability to stand, bend, pull, and move throughout the shift.
Reliable transportation.
Consistent attendance with minimal unplanned absences.
1–2 years of warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
