Position Overview:
The Cash & Carry Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, order fulfillment, quality control, inventory accuracy, and in-store customer transactions.
This role combines:
- Warehouse picking & packing.
- Quality control.
- Inventory management.
- Equipment operation (if certified).
- Cash & Carry customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
Order Picking & Fulfillment:
- Accurately locate and gather products to fulfill customer and orders.
- Inspect items for accuracy and quality before packing or release.
- Prepare shipments securely to prevent damage in transit.
- Maintain speed and accuracy standards.
Quality Control (QC) & Accuracy:
- Conduct thorough QC checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Identify discrepancies or damaged items and report immediately.
- Follow strict QC and safety procedures.
- Assist in training new associates on packing and quality standards when needed.
Inventory Management:
- Maintain organized warehouse inventory for efficient operations.
- Count, record, and replenish stock accurately.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Label and store products properly for precise tracking.
- Address inventory discrepancies promptly.
Equipment & Warehouse Operations:
- Safely operate warehouse equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Assist with general warehouse tasks and operational support as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Cash & Carry Support:
- Assist walk-in wholesale customers with order fulfillment.
- Verify items at checkout for accuracy.
- Support daily operational flow during high-traffic periods.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.

- Comfortable using computers for labels, documentation, and inventory systems.

Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently.
- Ability to stand, bend, pull, and move throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation.
- Consistent attendance with minimal unplanned absences.
- 1–2 years of warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
