Warehouse Order Picker & Fulfillment Associate (1st Shift)

Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
About the Role:
We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team as Warehouse Order Picker & Fulfillment Associates. In this position, you'll be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, verifying product quality, and helping maintain an organized, efficient warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
Order Picking & Fulfillment:
- Accurately locate and pick products throughout the warehouse using pick lists or handheld devices.
- Verify product quantities, conditions, and accuracy before orders are packed or shipped.
- Prepare completed orders for the next stage of fulfillment.
Warehouse Support:
- Assist with inventory checks and stock verification.
- Organize products and maintain clean, orderly storage locations.
- Restock inventory and assist with warehouse organization as needed.
- Support replenishment, packing, and other warehouse functions when required.
Safety & Quality:
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Inspect products for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and understand pick tickets, labels, and work instructions.
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- English proficiency required to ensure safety, accuracy, and team communication.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, order picking, fulfillment, or distribution experience preferred.
- Experience operating pallet jacks or other material handling equipment is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Monday – Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.
