About the Role:
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Pickers. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations by fulfilling order requests and maintaining high-quality standards. Your attention to detail and ability to handle materials efficiently will help us meet our service goals and deliver exceptional results.

- Locate and gather items throughout the warehouse to fulfill order requests.
- Conduct inventory checks and inspect items for accuracy and quality before shipping.
Warehouse Support:
- Assist with additional warehouse tasks as needed to support overall operations.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure and efficient working environment.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency with material handling equipment is a plus.
- Strong reading comprehension and communication skills for accurate order fulfillment.
- Ability to lift 40+ pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and maneuvering materials.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Bilingual proficiency is an advantage. (Must be able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English for safety, inventory systems, and team coordination).
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Six months of experience in warehouse operations preferred.
