About the Role:

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Pickers. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations by fulfilling order requests and maintaining high-quality standards. Your attention to detail and ability to handle materials efficiently will help us meet our service goals and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment:

Locate and gather items throughout the warehouse to fulfill order requests.
Conduct inventory checks and inspect items for accuracy and quality before shipping.

Warehouse Support:

Assist with additional warehouse tasks as needed to support overall operations.
Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure and efficient working environment.

Skills and Abilities:

Proficiency with material handling equipment is a plus.
Strong reading comprehension and communication skills for accurate order fulfillment.
Ability to lift 40+ pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and maneuvering materials.
Excellent hand-eye coordination.
Bilingual proficiency is an advantage.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Six months of experience in warehouse operations preferred.
