Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our second shift team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in following structured processes, maintaining strong attendance, and working as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly.

We are specifically looking for individuals who:

  • Are comfortable in a structured, fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
  • Maintain organized and accurate inventory within the warehouse.
  • Count, track, and replenish stock following established procedures.
  • Properly label and store products to ensure accurate inventory control.

Audits & Accuracy:
  • Assist with routine inventory audits.
  • Identify and report discrepancies, following internal processes to resolve them.
  • Support continuous improvement of inventory workflows.

Equipment Operation:
  • Safely operate order-picking equipment, including cherry pickers.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Required: Experience operating cherry pickers or similar order-picking equipment.
  • 1–2 years of warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets/Docs).
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting).
  • Reliable, punctual, and consistent with attendance.
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • English proficiency required to ensure safety, accuracy, and team communication.
