Inventory Specialist – Second Shift (Full-Time)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our second shift team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in following structured processes, maintaining strong attendance, and working as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Maintain organized and accurate inventory within the warehouse.
- Count, track, and replenish stock following established procedures.
- Properly label and store products to ensure accurate inventory control.
Audits & Accuracy:
- Assist with routine inventory audits.
- Identify and report discrepancies, following internal processes to resolve them.
- Support continuous improvement of inventory workflows.
Equipment Operation:
- Safely operate order-picking equipment, including cherry pickers.
- Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Required: Experience operating cherry pickers or similar order-picking equipment.
- 1–2 years of warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets/Docs).
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting).
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent with attendance.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- English proficiency required to ensure safety, accuracy, and team communication.
